Gloria is our Office Manager and Financial Coordinator. Her twenty years of dental experience make her a tremendous asset to patients regarding financial arrangements and treatment options. Gloria is consistently recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail and contributions to improved office efficiency. She uses her excellent organizational skills and her wonderful “people person” mentality to help the practice run smoothly and to assure that patients feel as comfortable as possible during their office visits.
Joan is our front desk coordinator and has over five years of experience in the endodontic field. She is a warm and caring professional who is ready to assist our patients in scheduling appointments and answering all their questions. Joan’s cheerful disposition and skills allow patients to feel relaxed and more comfortable.
Nancy joined our endodontic practice in the summer of 2008 and has 8 years experience in the dental field. She is very knowledgeable in front office procedures and strives to inform patients of what to expect when they present to our office for root canals. She has a sweet demeanor and always has a positive, upbeat attitude.
Missy graduated from the Gwinnett Dental Career Academy in 2008 with a Dental Assisting certificate and joined our practice in the spring of 2009. She has also taken Psychology courses at Gainesville State College. Her calm, gentle nature contributes to making our patients feel comfortable and at ease.
Denese graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Gwinnett Technical College. After graduating she took her national board to become a CDA and joined our practice shortly thereafter. She has a positive attitude and strives to inform patients about all aspects of treatment. Her calm demeanor helps patients relax.
Jessica graduated in 2008 with a dental assisting certificate from the Gwinnett Dental Career Academy and joined our practice in December 2008. She also graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Jessica communicates well with patients, is admired by her co-workers and is a great team player.
Juliana has over 10 years experience in the endodontic field. Her kind personality makes patients feel at ease, while her Spanish fluency makes patients feel welcome. She is a friendly person with a positive attitude and strives to make patient care and comfort her number one priority.
